The guiding principle of our work is Feng Shui. Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese art and science that seeks to create harmonious environments by balancing the energies in a given space, promoting health, wealth, and positive relationships. It works on the basis that what shows up in our environment shows up in our lives, and so by optimising our environment - primarily our home environment - we create the potential to improve aspects of ourselves and our lives that we would like to work on.

What to expect
Part 1: Initial consultation (1 hour)
Getting to Know You and Your Home
We’ll start with a friendly chat about your home, where you’re at in life, and any areas you’d like to focus on or improve.
Planning the Home Visit
We’ll discuss who’ll be involved in the visit (just you or perhaps other family members?) and pinpoint the top two or three things you’d like to achieve.
Reviewing Your Space
If you’ve got a floor plan to hand, brilliant! If not, a quick sketch of the layout is absolutely fine. We’ll also go through any other details we’ll need to make the visit as useful as possible.
Arranging the Visit
Once everything’s sorted, we’ll book in the home visit—ideally within a couple of weeks of this session.

What to expect
Part 2: Home visit (2-3 hours)
Taking in the Bigger Picture
We’ll kick things off by looking at the location of your home—how it’s positioned, what’s going on in the surrounding environment, and the overall vibe outside. If it makes sense, we might even take a quick stroll around the neighbourhood with you to get a fuller picture.
As you can tell, there’s plenty to think about before we even step inside!
Walking Through Your Space
Once we’re indoors, you’ll show us around. We’ll chat about how the space feels, look at how the energy flows, and share any intuitive impressions. Things like furniture placement, colours, art, and decor all play a role, and we’ll start pointing out ideas for improving balance and harmony.
If you’re comfortable, we can even try a few quick changes on the spot to see what works.
Clearing and Setting Intentions
If needed, we’ll help clear any stagnant energy in your home to create a fresh start. Together, we’ll also set an intention to guide the process towards a positive outcome.
Collaborative and Flexible
You’re welcome to ask questions or bring up new ideas at any time! We’re happy to adjust our focus based on what comes up during the visit.

What to expect
Part 3: Consultation report (within a week of the home visit)
Your Personalised Plan
A week after the visit, we’ll send you your consultation report. It’s a straightforward, practical guide that includes:
A summary of what we discussed and observed.
A clear, manageable action plan to help you make the changes we talked about.
Design boards
If you’ve chosen a design-focused package, we’ll provide initial design boards, draft colour palette, product suggestions, and supplier recommendations for anything you’d like to purchase.
Part 4: Follow up (4-6 weeks after the home visit)
Support as you progress
We want to make sure everything is working for you. If you’ve got any questions about the report or the changes you’re making, just get in touch - we’re here to support you.
Check-In Call
About 4–6 weeks after the home visit, we’ll arrange a follow-up call to see how things are going. We’ll discuss what’s working, any adjustments you might need, and what you’d like to focus on next.
